Angel Paintball Gun Model IR3

The IR3, one of the best Angels made, comes with the gun, manual, a barrel, vertical regulator, spare seals and feed gate, some lubricant, battery charger, barrel blocker and macroline hose and fittings. Very little is not included with this premium model. Angel paintball guns are not just excellent markers, they are also very pretty, decoratively milled in patterns or in different colors. They do need to be protected from dust; small particles can foul the solenoid valve inside the gun. You’ll have to care for Angel paintball guns carefully.

IR3’s Special Features

The IR3 is a very technologically advanced gun. One particularly nifty feature is the COPS, a sensor that detects when a paintball is in the breach; the gun will only fire when a ball is fully-seated, preventing the gun from chopping paintballs and fouling your gun. Other things in the design prevent blowback; and because of a one-way feed neck, this is one of the few guns that can be fired from any orientation – up, down, sideways, upside down – because the ball in the breach can’t roll back out. It also increases the rate of fire of Angel paintball guns astronomically.

The built-in LED display on Angel paintball guns tells you when the gun is in safety-lock regular, or semiautomatic modes. There’s also a battery display to let you know what your charge is. Because Angel paintball guns use a simple trigger method for switching modes, you can take your gun out of safety lock with one hand. The total shot counter makes it easy to determine when your Angel paintball gun needs maintenance – it automatically tells you when you need to oil seals, for instance. It also automatically calculates your highest rate of fire, for bragging rights.

Angel paintball guns are ideal for team play as well; the IR3, in particular, can send and receive data in the same manner as PDAs. This means your team leader can set timers for specific strategies, and beam the settings to everyone else so that the whole team gets the proper signal, synchronized, for making the move.
