If you’re looking at paintball packages, look carefully. Though packages are often a great way to sell you more stuff and pass on some savings to you, they’re also a good way for less-scrupulous vendors to get rid of low-quality merchandise, or for them to deceive you into thinking you’re saving money when you’re actually paying more for the package than you would pay for the exact same items individually. If you’re looking to save money, you should shop carefully.

You can also find discounted paintball guns on Ebay and other auction sites, but beware: you may not be buying what you think. Lately, scams seem to be targeting the paintballing community. Read everything carefully when you buy on Ebay, don’t trust the too-good-to-be-true sale, and only buy from Ebay vendors with good trust ratings.
